We will display all bids made by all service providers participating in a specific project to encourage competition

Shareable is an online arena by which landlords and tenants meet on one virtual place. We do not provide our services in a physical location.

You must not offer, sell, bid for, buy or promote any service or items through Shareable which is deemed to be dangerous, abusive, unacceptable by society or that which will lead to the previous-mentioned items. We do not accept any obligation to protect you from unsafe content listed on our Site. Please do not assume that listed content will be harmless to people or property.

We reserve the right to modify/ erase or completely omitting information you provide us in order to bring it in line with our layout and storage format
