Single room: £380 per month plus gas/electric/Internet

We have a room to let in 4th floor flat in the Waterloo/Kennington area, situated 5 mins away from Lambeth North and Waterloo Stations (large Tescos is also located very closeby). 5 mins walk from South Bank and 30 mins walk from West End.

Due to one of our flat mates leaving this month, her room has now become available and we would like another female to replace her. You will be sharing with 3 other people who are tidy, friendly and respectful.

The flat is double glazed, has central heating and is furnished to a high standard. The rooms are furnished with desks, wardrobes, chest of drawers and TVs. Broadband internet connection will also be available for £10 per month.

The room is available at the end on May. Please note, the room is NOT available to smokers or couples.

The room is only available to a female (professional or student) for a minimum period of 3 months. One month rent together with one month deposit is required upfront.
